What Daily Voice Is
Daily Voice is an app for hearing and sharing short supportive voice messages from real people.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address and Firebase user ID.
- Profile information, such as display name and optional city/country.
- Voice submissions, selected category, duration, and any transcript generated or confirmed later for review/accessibility.
- Anonymous/display and location visibility choices.
- Reports, account deletion requests, and support or safety request details.
- Thank-you Heart and "This helped me" interactions.
- Subscription or entitlement status processed through RevenueCat and app store services.
- Ad-related data through Google AdMob for free users, once ads are enabled.
- Basic technical data needed to operate, protect, and improve the app.
How We Use Information
Daily Voice only uses your information to operate the app, review submissions, publish approved voices, protect the community, manage accounts, support app features, and improve the service.
Voice Privacy
- We do not sell voice recordings.
- We do not use voice recordings to train AI models.
- We do not create voiceprints.
- We do not use speaker recognition or biometric identification.
- We do not use voice data for ad targeting.
- Pending and rejected submissions are not public.
- Approved voices may be shared in Daily Voice according to the display and location choices selected for that submission.
- Daily Voice does not provide a download button for public voice playback.
- No app can fully prevent someone from recording audio they can hear, so users should avoid private details in recordings.
Artificial Intelligence
The current launch build does not use AI to create featured voices, clone voices, identify speakers, make biometric profiles, or automatically approve submissions.
Daily Voice may add AI-assisted transcription or moderation support later to help admins review submissions. If that changes, Daily Voice should update this policy and the Voice Use Policy before using those features publicly. Daily Voice does not use user voice recordings to train AI models.
Ads, Subscriptions, and Hearts
Free users may see ads. Daily Voice+ is monthly for V1 and removes ads, includes a 7-day archive, allows 6 submissions per day, includes 3 free Thank-you Hearts each week, and offers an optional Supporter badge. Daily Voice+ does not add extra daily voices. Subscription status may be processed through RevenueCat and app store services. Ads may be served through Google AdMob.
Thank-you Hearts privately let a contributor know their voice mattered. Sender identity is not shown publicly. Daily Voice does not include DMs, custom heart messages, public gifting feeds, creator payouts, cashout, creator earnings, or a creator marketplace in the MVP.
Not Emergency or Medical Support
Daily Voice is not an emergency, medical, therapy, or crisis service. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis/support resource in your area.
Reports and Moderation
Reports are reviewed by admins. Report details are not public and reporting a voice does not contact the contributor. Users may report voice misuse or impersonation if they believe a voice has been copied, reused, impersonated, or used in a misleading way.
Copyright and Permission Concerns
Users should submit only their own voice and content they have the right to share. If you believe a voice or other content infringes your rights, misuses your voice, or impersonates someone, contact support at dailyvoiceapp@outlook.com with enough detail for review.
Account Deletion and Data Requests
You can request account deletion or data help. Requests are manually reviewed for now. Some information may need to be kept for safety, legal, support, or abuse-prevention reasons. Deletion is not instant.
Children and Minors
Daily Voice is not intended for children under the minimum age required by the app store or applicable app policy. The final age policy needs legal review before public launch.
