Acceptance
By creating or using a Daily Voice account, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Purpose
Daily Voice is for general encouragement and support. It is not an emergency, crisis, medical, therapy, or professional counseling service. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis/support resource in your area.
User Responsibilities
- Submit only your own voice.
- Submit only content you have the right to share.
- Do not impersonate others.
- Do not copy, record, download, reuse, modify, clone, redistribute, or use another person's voice outside Daily Voice without permission.
- Do not submit hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, exploitative, illegal, or unsafe content.
- Do not include private personal information in recordings.
- Do not use voice clips for fraud, identity verification, banking or financial impersonation, harassment, synthetic voice creation, misleading content, abuse, or illegal activity.
- Do not spam reports, deletion requests, submissions, or other app features.
- Do not abuse the app or attempt to bypass limits.
Voice Submissions
Submissions may be reviewed before publication. Pending and rejected submissions are not public. Approved submissions may be shared in Daily Voice. Approval is not guaranteed. Daily Voice may hide or remove voices for safety or moderation reasons.
By submitting a voice, you give Daily Voice permission to store, review, moderate, and, if approved, play that voice inside Daily Voice according to your display and location choices. You still remain responsible for having the rights and permission needed to submit the recording.
Copyright and Permissions
You may not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, voice, identity, or other rights. Do not submit copied audio, impersonations, synthetic voices of another person, or recordings you do not have permission to share.
If you believe content in Daily Voice infringes your rights or misuses your voice, contact support at dailyvoiceapp@outlook.com with details so it can be reviewed.
Artificial Intelligence
The current launch build does not use AI to create featured voices, clone voices, identify speakers, make biometric profiles, or automatically approve submissions. Daily Voice does not use user voice recordings to train AI models.
Daily Voice may add AI-assisted transcription or moderation support later. If that changes, the public policies should be updated before those features are used publicly.
Voice Misuse and Impersonation
Daily Voice does not provide a download button, but no app can fully prevent someone from recording audio they can hear. You may not copy, record, download, reuse, modify, clone, impersonate, redistribute, or use another person's voice outside Daily Voice without permission.
Do not use Daily Voice clips for fraud, identity verification, banking or financial impersonation, harassment, synthetic voice creation, misleading content, abuse, or illegal activity.
Account and Profile Rules
Display names must be respectful. Do not use offensive names, impersonation, URLs, email addresses, or symbol/emoji abuse. Name changes may be limited later. Anonymous submission options may be available per voice.
Monetization
Daily Voice+ is monthly for V1. Daily Voice+ removes ads, includes a 7-day archive, allows 6 submissions per day, includes 3 free Thank-you Hearts each week, and offers an optional Supporter badge. Daily Voice+ does not add extra daily voices. Everyone receives the same 3 real voices per day. Android cancellation is managed through Google Play subscriptions. Restore purchases is available in the app. Free users may see ads.
Thank-you Heart packs may be offered as consumable in-app purchases. They only add private Thank-you Hearts to the purchaser's inventory.
No Payouts
Thank-you Hearts do not create creator earnings, cashout, payouts, public gifting feeds, or public sender identity in the MVP. Daily Voice does not include a creator marketplace.
Moderation and Enforcement
Daily Voice may reject submissions, hide voices, suspend or deactivate accounts, or remove access if users abuse the service or violate these terms.
Service Changes
Daily Voice is provided as-is during MVP testing and launch preparation. Features, policies, and availability may change.
